Interlibrary Loan Forms

As an experiment to facilitate capturing the details on items users wish to request by interlibrary loan or document delivery service, the CIMS Library asks that you use the electronic forms provided below.

The forms are intended for use only by Courant students and faculty.
1. Choose the form appropriate to the type of item you want.
2. Fill in the details for the item you need. (Write "n/a" whenever the information is not applicable or you do not know it.)
3. Click on "Submit the ILL" to submit the form.

Note: You must be on a machine with a New York University IP address to use these services.
