Automatic solution of differential equations using chebfun and chebop

The chebfun system is a free MATLAB toolbox that uses automatic Chebyshev
polynomial interpolation of functions to enable symbolic-feeling manipulations
at numerical speed. The add-on chebop extension applies similar techniques to
allow automatic approximation of differential and integral operators. Chebops
piggyback on chebfun's automatic adaptation and use lazy evaluation and object
overloading in order to express and solve differential equations within
standard MATLAB syntax. In this talk I will explain and demonstrate different
ways in which chebfuns and chebops can be used to solve ordinary and partial
differential equations.
