Title: Experimental and computational, rule-based analysis of
endothelial cell responses to external and self-imposed cues

Abstract: Eukaryotic cells respond to a variety of external cues and
process these cues in a complex and stochastic manner to achieve complex
decision making. In this talk I will describe how experimental and
computational approaches can be combined to learn the rules of cellular
self-organization on the most elementary scale and how these rules can
be extrapolated to account for large scale cell and tissue organization
behavior.
