Payment

Early registration for the conference ended 29 November 2004. Registrations will be accepted after 29 November 2004, including on site during the conference.

On-site forms of payment are limited to personal checks and cash. To pay by credit card, please use the secure fax form prior to arrival.

The registration fee is US$190. The fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, to be published after the meeting by Springer Verlag. The conference fee also includes the conference reception on 12 January, the conference banquet on 14 January, refreshments, and conference materials.

Accompanying persons are welcome at the conference banquet for an additional fee, which may be paid on site.

Full-time students pay a registration fee of $110.

The fee for the full-day tutorial on the PETSc software tookit (9am to 5pm on 11 January) is $15. The fee for the half-day tutorial on domain decomposition methods (9am to noon on 12 January) is $10. These fees, which cover refreshments and hardcopy materials, may be added at the time of conference registration. Due to the computer-interactive nature of the PETSc software tutorial, registration is limited to the first 40 registrants. Please note that these tutorials will take place at Columbia University, at 500 West 120th Street (Upper West Side of Manhattan, approximately 30 minutes from Courant by metro to 116th Street and a brief walk).

Registrants may make payment via a reserved, secure FAX line at New York University. FAXable forms for this purpose are available here in Acrobat's pdf or Microsoft's doc formats. Conferees who prefer to pay by a direct electronic funds transfer should please send e-mail to dd16@cims.nyu.edu for instructions. (We apologize that secure web browser registration payments are not possible.)
